1. Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed in writing with detailed specifications, pricing, and agreed terms. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before payment.

2. Deposit Policy

A deposit may be required to secure a caravan or motorhome. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Inspection Before Delivery

All vehicles are inspected and verified before delivery or shipment. Customers may request detailed photos, videos, or live inspections prior to final payment.

4. Returns

Due to the nature of caravans and motorhomes as high-value vehicles, returns are not accepted after delivery unless:

  • The vehicle does not match the agreed specifications, or

  • There is a verified major undisclosed defect present before shipment.

Any return request must be submitted in writing within 3 days of delivery.

5. Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed after inspection and verification of the claim. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within an agreed timeframe.

6. Shipping & Export Costs

Shipping, customs duties, registration fees, and related charges are non-refundable once the vehicle has been dispatched.

7. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be requested before shipment. Administrative or processing fees may apply depending on the stage of the transaction.
